The Votes that Counted
June 6, 2012
I have to admit, this is something of a “sour grapes” cartoon. A lot of us really hoped Governor Scott Walker would be defeated in Wisconsin’s state’s recall election.
Before the election, Walker accused the recall effort as being the work of out-of-state agitators; often while speaking at fund-raisers in Texas or Kansas. In the end, his campaign outspent his opponent’s by about ten-to-one. Funny how that worked out.
